This website provides information about VQNDT's products and services, as a distributor of dmq non-destructive testing instruments in Europe, and facilitates commercial and technical contact with users.
This website does not process sales transactions or online payments: it provides information about the catalogue and lets you request quotes and advice. The sale itself is completed directly between VQNDT and the customer through other means (email, phone or other commercial channels).
3. Terms of use
Accessing and browsing this website makes you a user and implies acceptance of the terms set out in this Legal Notice. Users agree to make appropriate and lawful use of the website, in accordance with applicable law, good faith, public order and these terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, and unless consumer protection law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
8. Product warranty
If you buy as a private individual, you are covered by the 3-year statutory warranty from delivery recognised under Spanish consumer law, for which VQNDT is liable as the seller.
