What do you need to measure?
Describe your part and we'll point you to the right instrument. If your case doesn't fit any of these, tell us about it and we'll guide you.
Wall thickness of plastic, glass, aluminium or rubber
PET bottles, drums, cans, rubber parts, multilayer materials and carbon fibre — even on curved parts or very thin walls where ultrasound can't reach.
View the instrumentHardness of a metal part
Castings, forgings, welds, large structures or small hardened parts, measured on site.
View the instrumentWall thickness of a pipe, tank or sheet
Measured with access from one side only, even through paint. Pitting and corrosion analysis.
View the instrumentThickness of paint, galvanising or anodising
Dry coating control on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates, on the line or in the lab.
View the instrumentCast iron type and nodularity
Classify grey or ductile (nodular) iron and estimate the percentage of nodularity, without destructive testing.
View the instrumentPlastic pipe thickness during extrusion
100% in-line control, not sampling, to fine-tune resin consumption.
View the instrumentSix product lines, every application.
Each line covers several models depending on the accuracy, memory and connectivity your operation needs. We'll tell you which one is yours.

The instrument is only half the job.
Buying a measuring instrument is easy. The hard part is keeping it measuring accurately years from now. Here's what we do once the instrument is on your shop floor.
Technical support in use
Setup, calibration, probe selection, interpreting results and dmq DataCenter software. You're assisted by someone who knows the instrument.
Periodic recalibration
We manage your instrument's periodic recalibration and return it to you, so your quality records stay valid.
Repairs and technical service
We handle repairs for you, whether the instrument is still under warranty or not.
5-year warranty
A 5-year limited warranty on the electronic unit when you register the instrument at www.demeq.com within the first year.
Reply within 24 hours
Technical and sales enquiries answered by a person, in under 24 business hours.
Built for the person using the instrument, not the sales channel.
Our difference isn't the catalogue — it's how we support you: we help you choose, we're there after the sale, and you're answered by someone who knows the instrument.
We tell you which model you need
Six lines and around twenty models. Instead of leaving you to compare spec sheets, we ask what you're measuring, on what material, and to what accuracy, and propose the model or models that fit best.
Direct contact
You speak to someone who knows the instrument. No sales intermediaries, no anonymous support tickets.
Coverage across Europe
Shipping and technical support throughout Europe, with a close point of contact who stays with you from quote to after-sales.
Clear documentation from the quote onward
Every instrument includes the manufacturer's certificate of conformity. If your quality system requires a traceability certificate, request it with your order and we'll deliver it with the instrument.
A distributor with technical judgement, not just an online catalogue.
VQNDT brings dmq instruments to companies, laboratories, workshops and quality control teams across Europe, with the closeness and judgement of a local partner.
About VQNDT
What people usually ask before buying.
Yes. We ship and provide technical support across Europe from our warehouse. Tell us your country when you enquire and we'll confirm the shipping terms.
That's the usual case, and it's exactly what we do. Tell us what material you're measuring, the geometry of the part, and the accuracy your standard or your customer requires, and we'll propose the model or models that fit, with our reasoning.
Every instrument carries the CE mark and is delivered with the manufacturer's certificate of conformity, confirming it measures to accurate values. If your quality system requires a traceability certificate, mention it when requesting your quote and we'll deliver it together with the instrument.
If you buy as a private individual, you get 3 years of statutory warranty at no cost on the whole instrument — probes and transducers included — against manufacturing defects, with no need to register it. In addition, registering the instrument at www.demeq.com within the first year extends the manufacturer's commercial warranty on the electronic unit to 5 years; you can check the rest of the terms at demeq.com.
Whatever the issue with the instrument, we take care of it: we arrange the repair or recalibration it needs and return it to you ready to use. Shipping cost is on you; we confirm it before starting.
Not in person. The manufacturer offers a live video demonstration where you can point out the type of parts and materials you want to see measured. Write to us with what you need to measure and we'll arrange it.
Tell us what you need to measure.
